Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com 21 days prior to the workshop. A refund of the full workshop fee, minus a $299 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. After this date, refunds cannot be issued; however, substitutions are welcome at an additional registration fee of $299.
The Leadership Challenge workshops includes numerous materials and supplies that cannot be transferred to other individuals, specifically this includes the Leadership Practices Inventory, a 360 evaluation tool. Registrants who cancel will still receive the opportunity to complete the Leadership Practices Inventory, as well as the substitute attending in his or her place.
