We’ve designed this tutorial to be simple and easy to follow, so you can quickly start engaging with others, sharing your thoughts, and making the most of everything our community has to offer. Let’s dive in!
Logging In and Editing Your Profile

Go to connect.kasa.org in your browser. The homepage will load.




Click "Login" in the top right corner and sign in with your KASA login. If you have trouble logging in, contact KASA at (800) 928-5272.




Once logged in, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can see activity from your communities. To view your profile, click on the top right corner.
       



or go to "Quick Links" on the right and select "Update Your Profile."




In your profile, click "Actions" below your profile image to update it.




Click "Change Picture" to upload a new profile image.


How to Post in a Community

In the top navigation bar, click "Communities".




Select "My Communities" or "Member Forum" to post.




Inside the community (of your choice), click the "Post New Message" button on the right side.




Enter a title and your message, then click Post to submit. Your post will now be live in the community!
