This Year
This year’s 2026 KWEL Cohort will embark on a dynamic new leadership development model designed to support, empower, and elevate women in educational leadership. The updated KWEL experience includes an Orientation, the KWEL Forum, and three leadership modules, which incorporate The Leadership Challenge, along with ongoing mentorship and leadership support throughout the year.
This enhanced format provides more touchpoints, resources, and growth opportunities than ever before — which is why the 2026 program investment is $1,299.
The cost for Cohorts 1-8 and guests will be $499*
*This includes the Annual Forum and any upcoming webinars (anyone wanting to participate in any of the 2026 cohort's leadership modules may do so for an added fee of $499 per module)

Membership in KWEL provides you one-on-one mentoring with a practitioner, resume review, job coaching, and ongoing leadership support through webinars and the annual forum.
The network includes the following services:
- Exclusive online community for networking
- Annual Forum – January 28-29, 2026
- EILA credit for the forum and webinars
- Networking social the evening before the forum
- 1:1 mentor support from February to December
- Virtual webinars in January, March, May, September, November (5 EILA hours)

As part of the network, you are automatically registered for the forum. A confirmation will be mailed to you once registration is complete.
Cancellation Policy:
The KWEL Professional Network is a 12-month program. Because these activities occur throughout the year, there is no cancellation or refund option.
