The Leadership Challenge® Facilitator Training


The Leadership Challenge® Facilitator Training Workshop is an intensive, hands-on two-day program that will help prepare you to guide others to become more effective leaders and develop champions for leadership development. You’ll immerse yourself in the Leadership Challenge process and develop an implementation strategy to take back to your organization. There will be time to practice facilitating the workshop and get valuable feedback and coaching to improve the effectiveness of your delivery and the outcome for participants. You’ll also dive deep into The Leadership Challenge® Workshop Facilitator’s Guide, including customizable scripts, presentation slides, audio clips and forms, sample agendas, the participant workbook, and more.

You will need to have successfully participated in a recent The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, completed the Leadership Practices Inventory, and received feedback on the results. You will be required to select and be prepared to present in class one of the workshop modules.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to lisa@kasa.org 21 days prior to the workshop. A refund of the full workshop fee, minus a $229 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. After this date, refunds cannot be issued; however, substitutions are welcome at an additional registration fee of $229.

  3. How to use the Facilitator's Guide to develop an agenda for a 2-day Leadership Challenge® Workshop
  4. How to conduct experiential activities that illustrate The Five Practices and make them come alive
  5. How to facilitate a powerful The Leadership Challenge® Workshop with your emerging leaders
 

What you will experience:

  1. A behind-the-scenes look at the workshop, its design, experiential activities, research foundation, and the core philosophy behind the model
  2. Listen to success stories and case studies of other participants and Certified Masters who have used The Leadership Challenge to achieve the extraordinary for themselves, their teams, and their organizations
  3. Practice facilitating at least one module of the workshop and receive feedback from fellow participants and Certified Masters of The Leadership Challenge®
  4. Observe key workshop modules presented by others and participate in feedback and discussion
  5. Practice debriefing experiential activities
  6. Engage with like-minded leaders and facilitators in a small-group environment designed to maximize participation, feedback and learning
  7. View and discuss selected videos
