The KASA School Human Resources Leadership Program is ideal for aspiring and experienced School Human Resource Administrators alike. This cohort-based program offers participants a valuable networking opportunity essential for success. The Program

The program consists of five modules, four of which will be held in person at the KASA training center in Frankfort, KY. Participants will earn five hours of EILA credit for each completed module.

To earn the KASA Certificate of Completion, participants must attend all four live modules and the Personnel Essentials Webinar conducted by Wayne Young in early February. Missed modules can be made up the following year.

Upon successful completion of all modules and a comprehensive assessment, participants will receive:

• Certificate of Completion
• Permission to use the program completer logo and badge
• Public recognition of expertise
