Develop impactful programming that engages people of color and those with diverse backgrounds in all levels of KASA, providing effective training to increase cultural competency, aspiring leader programs with pathways to advancement, statewide networking opportunities, and successful recruitment/retention strategies to ensure leadership represents our diverse student populations.
