Foster an environment that provides access and opportunity through education and
training, inclusive communication and marketing strategies, recruitment and
retention of all leaders into KASA and the profession, while ensuring effective
assessment and reporting measures to track progress toward our goals of access and
opportunity.

Advise and make recommendations about programs, policies, personnel, and
practices to determine intentional or unintentional exclusiveness, and engage
members in scholarly dialogues.

Design and implement professional learning opportunities that expand leaders'
knowledge base and deepen their skill sets to support all students and staff on
matters of access and opportunity.

Develop strategies and plans to examine ways in which we include all educational
leaders from diverse backgrounds.

Systematically examine all aspects of KASA to enhance and ensure its
effectiveness and ability to meet the needs of its diverse membership.
