Connecting Dollar Signs to Student Achievement
As finance officer, you are often on the receiving end of requests for spending-SPED director needs a new program, the elementary school needs 3 new teachers and an additional lunchroom monitor, and new incentives are needed to recruit more bus drivers, and more! How do you know the request will enhance student achievement? This session will help frame those conversations so you can ensure dollars are following your students and ultimately student success.
