Shifting Our Leadership to Support Student Ownership

In this session, participants will examine a process for elevating instructional leadership team understanding of student ownership and teacher support. Participants will also analyze current school evidence and practices that align to the shifts to student ownership and determine learning needed for teachers and leaders, as well as create a plan for supporting instructional leadership team members foster student ownership.
