Does parent engagement sometimes feel like a one-way street? How can you ensure that families understand the value of the education opportunities you offer, keep their children enrolled in your schools, and amplify your desired messages? By understanding their journey with your district brand from their perspective, and proactively engaging with them at key moments along the way.

In this session, we’ll lead participants through the process of journey modeling to inform engagement strategy to understand the behavior of prospective and current families. Together, we’ll navigate the journey of a parent/family audience with a district – from student enrollment to car rider line to graduation – and uncover key opportunities to improve engagement through existing channels or new methods, ultimately improving trust and public perception.
