The Principalship 2023: Managing Change through Communication, Collaboration, and Self Care
Being a principal is not for the faint of heart! This annual summit will provide opportunities to hear best practices from Kentucky leaders, learn from national keynote speakers, and to network with colleagues.

Keynote Speakers: 

Dr. Troy Hutchings
Troy Hutchings researches, writes and speaks about professional ethics, educator misconduct, and frameworks for an ethical and legal teaching practice. He has been the expert on a variety of national projects dealing with educator ethics including the Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE) and the National Council for the Advancement of Ethics. He will bring knowledge to the summit as he speaks about culture, politics and angry parents.

Beth Z "Your Nerdy Best Friend."
All of Beth Z's sessions include interactions, laughs and learning – even when she presents from afar! She has unique content with practical tips that will leave you with the right tools before you walk away, while facilitating collaboration and networking that will help you make new connections.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through October 3, 2023 but must be submitted in writing via email (amy@kasa.org), fax (502) 875-4631, or mail to 87 C. Michael Davenport Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601.
Refunds will be issued less an administrative fee of $49 to offset the cost of materials purchased on your behalf.
Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations or no-shows after October 3, 2023, due to commitments KASA made to the hotel and other suppliers on your behalf. You are welcome to substitute a school leader in your place, member/nonmember rate will apply.

*Written cancellation or substitution is required to protect both KASA members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur because of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.
