Embracing Leadership and Passion in Fine Arts
Maddison Gootee, high school senior, shares her enriching journey through the fine art programs at Anderson County High School, highlighting the transformative experiences and skills gained. She will delve into her roles in various leadership positions, illustrating how these opportunities shaped her personal and professional growth. Additionally, she will express her deep-seated passion for music education and her aspiration to inspire and educate the next generation of elementary and high school students. the young professional putting in the work to build a career in K-12 to
the accomplished school district leader, women in education - and
female executives across industries - experience imposter syndrome in
the workplace. But by defining our value propositions and curating our
personal brands, we can take control of our own narratives.
Molly
McGowan Gorsuch, APR, former school district communications leader and
K-12 branding and marketing expert with Rhodes Branding, will share her
own story of how personal branding has elevated her career trajectory
and opened opportunities and how female administrators can harness the
