Molly McGowan Gorsuch
Director of Client Engagement, Rhodes Branding

Bio
Molly is the Director of Client Engagement at Rhodes Branding, a firm specializing in K-12 education branding and marketing. She connects education leaders with services that boost performance and market position, while leading content and partner engagement strategies. With 8 years in School PR for a public school district, Molly brings valuable insights into K-12 challenges, ensuring successful branding and communication for schools.

She is the 2024 PRSA Western North Carolina Chapter President, serves on NSPRA’s APR Accreditation Committee, and is an NSPRA “35 Under 35” awardee.


Dr. Jill Siler
Deputy Executive Director of Professional Learning, Texas Association of School Administrators

Bio
Dr. Jill Siler served nearly a decade as Superintendent of Gunter ISD and now works as Deputy Executive Director for Professional Learning at the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA). A collegiate swimmer at the University of Pittsburgh, she started her teaching and administrative career in Texas. She led in Lake Travis ISD for 8 years, earning her doctorate at UT Austin. Jill overcame financial crises as superintendent, and under her leadership, her board was named a TASA Honor Board, and a campus received National Blue Ribbon recognition. She now leads Texas’ Aspiring and First-Time Superintendents Academies and speaks nationwide on leadership. Her book, Thrive Through the Five, was published in 2020.

Cancellation Policy
The KWEL Professional Network is a 12-month program that includes the annual Forum (January 22-23), 1:1 mentor support, webinars, contract negotiation strategies, situational coaching support, resume review support, interview prepping and coaching, and an exclusive online community for networking. Because these activities are spread over a one-year period, there is no option for cancellation and refund.
