Wednesday, January 26, 2022

3:00 p.m.  Welcome and Orientation for Cohort 5 Only
During this session, you will be oriented to the KWEL network and its many services, as well as rehearse for the induction ceremony held the following day as part of the annual KWEL forum.
In addition, you will experience The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® based on the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. In this session, you will experience a shared culture for leadership with one definition, our practice based on what followers want from us as leaders, and a plan to grow. 
3 hours EILA Credit. Cost: $99*

*As a brand new cohort member, you will be automatically registered for both th
e orientation and the networking event with your forum registration. As shared in your notification correspondence, you will be invoiced for $99 for the orientation as it is not included in the KWEL Professional network.
