All cancellations must be submitted in writing to lisa@kasa.org.
Written cancellation requests received prior to the final date for cancellation will receive a refund minus $39 cancellation fee.
Written cancellation requests received on or after the final date for cancellation will not be refunded, however, substitutions will be accepted, again in writing, until 3 days prior to the event.
