Horacio Sanchez
Horacio Sanchez, a renowned speaker and educational consultant, applies neuroscience to improve education, focusing on resilience, poverty, and implicit bias. Recognized for his expertise in applied brain science, he contributes to the True Health Initiative Council. Author of "The Education Revolution," his latest book, "The Poverty Problem," explores education's role in countering poverty's impact on brain development.


Rodney Jackson
Rodney O'Neal Jackson, an MBA holder from the University of Kentucky, leads Financial Accounting at Fayette County Public Schools with a $1.1B budget. Recognized for leadership, he received the 2021 KASBO Award and is a Rising Star. As President of the Kentucky Association of School Business Officials, he contributes to education on multiple fronts.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through January 20, 2024, but must be submitted in writing via email (amy@kasa.org), fax (502) 875-4631, or mail to 87 C. Michael Davenport Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601.
Refunds will be issued less an administrative fee of $49 to offset the cost of materials purchased on your behalf.
Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations or no-shows after January 20, 2024, due to commitments KASA made to the hotel and other suppliers on your behalf.
You are welcome to substitute a school leader in your place, member/nonmember rate will apply.
*Written cancellation or substitution is required to protect both KASA members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur because of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.
