Join us for an interactive session where four school leaders will navigate the threat assessment process, sharing research and practical strategies to enhance your confidence in assessing safety threats within your district.

Moving Beyond the 'Bless Your Heart' Mentality
As educators, we’re tasked with fostering a culture of excellence in our schools. Author and education leader, Emily Paschall, presents four core principles for creating dynamic school cultures: Champion for All Kids, Expect Excellence, Carry the Banner, and Merchant of Hope. Drawing from personal experiences, including work in high-poverty schools, Emily ignites renewed energy and belief in the potential of all students. By the session’s end, participants will have practical strategies for cultivating a culture where everyone supports each other towards excellence, reaffirming their passion for education and commitment to students’ success.
