Moving Beyond the 'Bless Your Heart' Mentality
As educators, we’re tasked with fostering a culture of excellence in our schools. Author and education leader, Emily Paschall, presents four core principles for creating dynamic school cultures: Champion for All Kids, Expect Excellence, Carry the Banner, and Merchant of Hope. Drawing from personal experiences, including work in high-poverty schools, Emily ignites renewed energy and belief in the potential of all students. By the session’s end, participants will have practical strategies for cultivating a culture where everyone supports each other towards excellence, reaffirming their passion for education and commitment to students’ success.
