One of KASA’s goals is to ensure your wellbeing and comfort while attending the annual leadership institute. By offering meals during the event, you can focus on networking and the opportunity to invest in your leadership journey with the gift of time. The following meal plan is designed to ensure you are energized, hydrated and enjoy a convenient and hassle-free experience.


Wednesday, July 24

Presidents Celebration (7:30 to 9:00 p.m.)

The leadership institute kicks off with pre-event workshops followed by the opening general session at 5:15 p.m.

Location: Belvedere adjacent to the West Tower, ground level outdoors. Should it rain, the event is moved indoors.

Thursday, July 25

Breakfast (7:00 to 8:00 a.m.)

Assorted muffins, bagels, coffee and juices served in the designated serving areas of the exhibit hall and early bird session meeting rooms. 

Location:  Early bird meeting rooms and Ballroom C, located by the general session ballrooms on the 2nd floor of the East Tower.

Lunch Options (12:10 to 1:15 p.m.)
KASA and the Galt House team will 2000 attendees in multiple locations

1. All Attendee Lunch - Ballroom C, East Tower, 2nd Floor

2. Lunch-N-Learn Education Sessions - Assigned Meeting Rooms
Boxed lunch served in your meeting room to include (choice of one) Croissant Sandwich (Ham, Turkey, Swiss Cheese); Belvedere Chopped Salad (GF, VE) (romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, balsamic vinaigrette); or Chicken Caesar Wrap (Grilled chicken breast, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese & Caesar dressing).

3. Principal's Luncheon
This year, KASA is hosting three separate lunches for elementary, middle and high school. Network with your peers, enjoy an inspirational message from one of our keynote speakers along with a buffet lunch.
Location: Archibald, Cochran, West Tower, 3rd Floor, and the Sunflower room, West Tower, 2nd Floor

Friday, July 26

Breakfast (8:30 to 11:30 a.m.)

This brunch is the closing session of the Annual Leadership Institute and includes a full breakfast buffet with Seasonal Fruit w/yogurt dipping sauce, assorted breakfast pastries, crepe station w/strawberries with cream cheese drizzle, fire roasted apples topped with cinnamon cream, sliced Bananas and peanut butter topped with chocolate hazelnut sauce, bacon and sausage links, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes w/peppers and onions, and coffee and juice
