Galleria Booths are located in the main hall. The booth is a 6' x 10' area and includes the same items as a regular booth. No electricity is available in the Galleria Booths.

NEW! Interactive Demonstration Exhibit Area
Be one of six vendors to participate in our new interactive display area. Participants will receive a double booth and a devoted Ted Talk style presentation time on Thursday, These sessions will take place on Thursday during conference breakout times. Sessions will be listend and promoted in the meeting app and printed program.

One of our most noted business/attendee programs is returning for 2025! Be one of 16 vendors in the new dedicated exhibit hall area. Emceed by Jon Petz, school leaders will visit your booth to get their player card stamped and then come by the KASA Vault to claim their cash prize and enter for a chance to participate in one of the Showcase Games on Thursday during break times. Contestants can win prizes or CASH!

A Breakout Room of Your Own?
Interested in having your own dedicated exhibit room and hosting your own breakout session? The Collins Room may be your marketing answer. The room seats 35 participants with plenty of room to spare for exhibits. Own the entire room and host three breakout sessions and a Lunch-N-Learn on July 24.

Your registration for an exhibit space provides for two company representatives. Partnerships include more and are noted on the sponsorship page. Additional representatives may be registered on the registration form. Cost provides supplies and meals.
