Speaker Bios

Rodney Jackson

Rodney oversees $900M in finances at FCPS and has served as KASBO President. With 25+ years in audit and finance, he is a respected leader on the KASA Board.

Jaclyn Terhune

Jaclyn leads HR and benefits at FCPS, serving 7,000+ employees. She holds an MBA from Midway University and is a former KYAEOP president, recognized for her leadership and service.

Jody Maggard

Jody is Perry County’s Finance Officer and KASBO Training Liaison. He holds dual master’s degrees and brings real-world financial leadership to education statewide.

Angela Copeland

Angela is Finance Director at Paducah Public Schools, with a background in city government. She serves on the KASBO board and is a member of KWEL Cohort #7.
