KASA School Human Resources Leadership Program
Never has the role of HR leader been so vital to the success of a school district. The unprecedented conditions facing schools and their employees are daunting at best and devastating at worst.
In support of these important leaders, KASA presents the KASA School Human Resources Leadership Program.
This unique and extremely successful training opportunity is a year-long series of professional learning events designed to provide in-depth training and professional networking around an extensive list of legal and policy-based topics and is an excellent option for any human resource leaders.
Each session provides 6 hours of EILA credit led by legal and school-based HR leaders and will focus on issues, laws, policies, and HR best practices that school administrators address on a regular basis, particularly school human resource directors.
