Lauren Beauchamp will be an 11th grade student this fall at Union County High School and dual enrolled in the early college program at Henderson Community College. Lauren has performed vocally since the 4th grade and has dabbled in guitar for the last two years.  Lauren leads praise and worship for a local youth group, has been the music director for a Y.E.S. weekend, and has performed in a variety of other venues such as a wedding, funeral, and for school events.  She often sings and plays guitar at local nursing homes as a way to provide joy for the residents.  Her musical selection varies including contemporary Christian, classic hymns, country, pop, and show tunes.  Lauren is not only a talented vocalist, but an excellent student and leader as well.  As the high school delegate to attend the HOBY Leadership Summit and as Sophomore Class President, Lauren has strengthened her skills and provides leadership to her peers.

The Scottie Singers is the Flagship choral ensemble at Glasgow High School in Glasgow, KY. This choir has enjoyed performing at various school, community, and state-wide events since its conception two years ago. The group consists of multi-aged students ranging from Freshman to Senior who enjoy singing a varied repertoire spanning many genres and musical styles. The Scottie Singers are excited to continue to build momentum as this group evolves, and have multiple performances planned for the coming school year. The Scottie Singers are very proud of the community from which they come, and especially appreciative of the rich history of the arts within the Glasgow Independent School system, which they are thrilled to continue into a new era.
