Barry Posner is
the Michael J. Accolti, S.J. Chair and Professor of Leadership at the
Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, where he served for
12 years as Dean.
He is the co-author (with Jim Kouzes) of the award-winning and best-selling leadership book The Leadership Challenge. Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Practices Inventory
(LPI) has been called “the most reliable, up-to-date leadership
instrument available today.” The 360-degree online version has been
completed by more than three million people.
is an internationally renowned scholar who has published more than 100
research and practitioner-oriented articles, in such publications as
the: Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Personnel Psychology, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.

Jon Petz, the Bore No More guy, returns as the event emcee and host of the Bank On It game! He will also close out the event as the Friday keynote speaker.
Professionally, Jon is a former corporate executive who followed his passion and now performs around the world as an inspirational speaker, event emcee, and comedy magician. He uses his amazing art of performance, inspiring stories, and unique "Its Showtime" performance philosophy to bring home the belief and very real desire to create greater impact in what we do and with the people we do it for.
As an effective meetings expert, Jon consults associations and organizations on empowering their team to create meetings that have focus and results. He is the author of Significance in Simple Moments, Boring Meetings Suck, and Unlocking the Secrets (DVD), and Best of the Best.

Dr. Wayne D. Lewis,
Jr. is a University of Kentucky professor and most recently served as
the executive director of educational programs with the Kentucky Cabinet
for Education and Workforce Development before being named
Lewis has more than
15 years of experience in public education, serving professionally in
public school districts, higher education institutions and state
government. He has served as an adviser to the Kentucky Board of
Education, the Education & Workforce Secretary’s Designee on
Kentucky’s Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) and chair of
Kentucky’s Charter Schools Advisory Council.
