Free Speech Webinar
Free Speech Webinar
Public employees, like all citizens, are protected by the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in matters of free speech and expression. However, their status as a public employee requires a very different legal analysis when their public employer wishes to – or finds it necessary to – intervene in an attempt to restrict that expression.
This webinar will examine the appropriate legal analysis that must be used and will provide real-life examples of how to apply these legal standards.
Presented by Wayne Young, J.D.
