Cancellation Policy:
1.    Cancellations must be submitted to the KASA office in writing by mail, fax or email no later than Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
2.    Due to KASA’s commitments to various vendors and suppliers on your behalf, refunds cannot be granted after January 1for cancellations or failure to attend (no shows), late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
3.    If eligible, refunds will be issued after February 28, and a $39 processing fee will apply. (This reflects the cost of materials prepared and purchased on your behalf.)
