Routine student disciplinary procedures are addressed in law and are designed to protect the rights of students, but discipline for special education students is governed by a myriad of highly technical federal and state laws and regulations that make it necessary for school personnel to understand the civil rights and ethical implications of imposing discipline on special education students. This workshop will explore these topics in-depth. Presented by Teresa Combs " 3 hours EILA credit. Free to those registered for the full conference. Limited seating.
