PLEASE NOTE: To register, you must first login. If you do not know your login credentials or do not have an account, please call Zach at the KASA Office at (800) 928-5272 or email zach@kasa.org.

Lodging arrangements may be made by calling the hotel at (800) 626-1814 and requesting the KASA room block rate of $169 SUITE Tower/$149 RIVUE Tower. Room reservations are also available online at https://book.passkey.com/go/KASA2020. To receive the KASA discounted rate, make reservations by July 6, 2020.

Important Times for Exhibitors
- Move in and Set-up - Wednesday, July 29, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Kick off meeting and lunch - Wednesday, July 29, 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.
- Market Place Hours - July 17, 2 to 5:15 p.m. and July 30, 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Move Out - July 30, 4 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation requests received by April 5, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Written cancellation requests received on or after April 6, 2020 will not be refunded. Written cancellation must be sent to zach@kasa.org.
