This workshop is inspired by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner’s newest work,
Encouraging the Heart: Igniting Purpose and Providing Meaningful Recognition (2025).
Leaders will explore the 7 Essentials of Encouraging the Heart (ETH)—the fifth practice
in The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership©—and learn how meaningful recognition fuels commitment,
motivation, and school-wide success.
All participants receive a complimentary copy of the new 2025 edition of
Encouraging the Heart along with The Encouragement Index assessment tool.
