Webinar Overview
Public employees, like all citizens, are protected by the First
Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in matters of free speech and
expression. However, their status as public employees requires a
different legal analysis when their employer finds it necessary to
intervene or restrict that expression.
This webinar will explore that legal framework and
provide real-world examples illustrating how these principles apply in
practice.
