Cancellation Policy for Education Law & Finance Institute
1. Cancellations must be submitted to the KASA office in writing by mail, fax or email no later than March 1, 2022. *
2. Substitutes are encouraged to replace those individuals who are registered but unable to attend at the last
minute. The appropriate member or nonmember rate will apply.
3. Due to KASA’s commitments to various vendors and suppliers on your behalf, refunds cannot be granted after
March 1 for cancellations or failure to attend (no shows), late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
4. If eligible, refunds will be issued after April 15, 2022, and a $39 processing fee will apply.
(This reflects the cost of materials prepared and purchased on your behalf.)
*Written cancellation or substitution is required to protect both KASA members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur because of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.
