The Principal for a Day (PFAD) program is designed to give legislators (and other elected officials) a first-hand look at what is going on in Kentucky schools and to build stronger partnerships between legislators and public education. This series, hosted by Andrew Marotta, author of the Education Leadership and Beyond Podcast, features tips, advice, and on the job training for principals at all levels.
