I Love Public Schools Week March 12-16 Twitter Storm March 13

State and national organizations are joining forces to celebrate our diversity and success.

Throughout the week might you share why your school community is doing a great job educating students and preparing them to be successful?

Using #lovekypubliceducation, let's flood social media all week, but especially Tuesday, March 13, from 1-2:30 p.m. ET when a planned Twitter storm takes place. Together, we can send key messages to our legislators and others-getting our message out.

Be sure to tag your legislator and @KASAEdLeader in your posts.

Love KY Public Education Campaign

KASA launched its Love Kentucky Public Education campaign during a news conference Friday, February 23 at the Capitol Rotunda, in Frankfort. This campaign is a grassroots effort to highlight why Kentucky’s public schools are essential to developing future generations. It is designed to re-frame the current narrative, highlight the critical role public schools play in our society, and ensure ALL students are successful, contributing members of our local, national and global communities.

We are asking school districts across the commonwealth to join us in promoting public education in Kentucky. This campaign creates a platform for schools and communities to join together and express why we love public education and why Kentucky depends on a quality public education system to improve the lives of all Kentucky children.
